Pacific Radiant Heat & Construction is owned by Matthew Ruffer and is headquartered in San Francisco, with a satellite location in Lake Tahoe, California. We have done projects as large as 85,000 sq ft and as far away as Coronado Island, San Diego. Having done almost 300 Hydronic projects, primarily in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, affords high experience. Our successful systems work well because they combine this experience and the highest quality equipment and materials. From the boiler down to the fittings!
